Internet Golf Store delivery information and charges
We deliver worldwide from our base in the UK and we try to provide a fair service at a reasonable cost to golfers worldwide and to break-even overall on packing and delivery costs and charges to customers.
We charge a fixed price per order based on the country or area you are in:

Exceptional orders
For orders going outside of the UK Mainland that are considerably larger or heavier than average we reserve the right to add an extra charge to cover the increased delivery charges we will incur from UPS. We will always contact you to confirm the additional charge is acceptable before taking any additional payment from your card.
Where an order cannot be sent as a single consignment, e.g. an Electric Trolley and a Set of Irons (which requires two separate shipments), we may request an additional charge if the cost of delivery is exceptionally high. In this case you will be advised before we process your order at which point you can either accept the charge and we'll continue to despatch your order or you can amend your order to remove some items so it can ship as a single consignment , or you may cancel the entire order.
Delivery questions
When will you despatch my order?
Goods are normally sent on the working day after you place your order and you should receive them within the timescales in the table above. Some items are ordered direct from the manufacturer and that can increase the delivery time. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.
How will I know you have sent it?
We will send you a confirmation email with UPS tracking details so you can see where your order is at any time.
Do you offer next day Courier?
If you need something urgently, we can offer a next day delivery service on orders for stock items placed before 1pm. If next day delivery is important to you it is always best to phone us before completing your order online to make sure that all the items are available - 01737 833148. Please make it clear that you require next day delivery so we can fast-track your order as soon as you have placed it
What happens when the good are delivered to me?
Deliveries can be made to either your home or work address during normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm except public holidays.
For most items the recipient is required to sign for the goods on delivery. If no-one is available at the time of delivery then your order will be delivered to the nearest depot and a card will be left giving details of how to arrange collection or re-delivery.
